“All the amenities are extra fees bedsides the pools which are over crowded. A storm hit knocking the power out for the remainder of our stay. They do not have back up generators and the water stopped working as well. Hence the rooms were very hot but they did not want you outside once it got dark.”

“We were supposed to get a credit for one of our two nights that we stayed there because our first room was so filthy. The people at the front desk were very friendly and moved us to another room the second night, but we never received a credit for the first night. I don’t believe we will return. Jeff Hendricks”

“Our room had ants and bugs in it. They also had no towels. There was also hair and other stains on our bedding as well.”

“The pool was empty. The Expedia listing advertised a full service pool. There was no water pressure at the bathroom sink or shower. The rooms were not clean. The common areas were covered in trash and cigarette butts. No effort to correct any of these issues. We will never stay here again.”

“We stayed 3 days. The smoking area was filthy and trash was all over the back parking lot. The breakfast only consisted of eggs and waffles and apples. No milk or cereal for breakfast.”

“The bed at this Holiday Inn was the best bed I have slept in besides my own. Very comfortable. They did need to take the trash in the front out. It was full overflowing. Everything else was great! Great breakfast also.”

“Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer.”

“The room and grounds were clean. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like it was going to fall apart any time you moved. The coffee area in the room was not impressive having an open container of coffee vs prepackaged is unsanitary. No soap or shampoo in. Room. Overall if your looking for a place to sleep and your passing by this place would be for you The bar and grill next door had good food”

“My husband and I were there for a couple days for our anniversary. What a wonderful little resort! The cabins were nice and clean, the Silo Bar was a lot of fun and the lounge was great with fantastic pizza. The everyone was so nice. It is right on the water along with a pool. Definitely would recommend and we are looking to stay there again.”
