“Older peoperty! They have made it brighter with decor than it was in the 90’s. With that said it still needs bit of maintenance and a good deep cleaning! If you have younger children it is a fun place. The walls are thin and it was hard to sleep with kids running and yelling in the hall.”

“Wall in room was rotten, found a large worm in tub. Buffet breakfast bacon was awful. Gameroom is not a gameroom. Lots of the areas are closed off and no easy way to get around. The stairs to the firepit area were sketchy and scary.. then only a picnic table no chairs down there. The store had no water in it to buy and barely any soda to buy. In it's day it was a nice place but not anymore. The ”

“Our first stay here was over 20 something years ago. It was older quaint and quiet. We have stayed at many other places from Tantara to Lodge of the 4 Seasons to Edgewater motel on the strip. But the AlHonna is always our go to. Our recent stay was just as good as it always is but with bigger crowds now due the Ozark show. They were almost done with major renovations, inside and out of all the buildings while we were there. Very nice improvements. Hoping to come back again sometime this...

“For the price it was a great room. After reading the reviews we knew what to expect, and our expectations were exceeded. We definitely decided we would stay again next trip.”

“The hot tub was broke , the hot tub was the reason i booked at this property and disappointed to find it broke when we went to check in”

“I was not made aware at the time of booking that the property was under construction and that the amenities were all closed. ”

“Towels were stained, one garbage can by the door, no way for continuous fan so it kicked on and off all night, no hair dryer. Worst part was they use scented detergent or softener on the sheets! I stand headache and allergies! Mentioned it to the clerk in the morning. Of course she said she has to do what the tell her, which I understand, but don’t know if there will be reconsideration. ”

“This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at this property. The property was overall very quiet and clean as before. The rooms are spacious, linens clean, and the beds are very comfortable. There was a big downside this time though. I had 2 reservations for 1 night - 1 room for my family and 1 room for my father-in-law. We did not realize until after we received our credit card statement that we were double charged for the stay!”

“I can not give enough stars. Our stay was top notch. Staff is woderful and accommodating. Everything was clean, beds are comfortable. From the pool to the 2 bars and lake you only have to walk maybe 40 ft. Huge bonfire on the beach once it got dark, drinks with the owner. How could anyone ask for more. Highly recommend!!!! We will be back! ”
