“There were NO overnight STAFF. I paid for TWO ROOMS WITH JACUZZI and didn’t get either. Not one good thing to say. I was locked out of my room FIVE different times with a key MALFUNCTION. The Kitchen closed before 10pm. We were told to try KOTOR and we did only to return to find tha car gate locked and had to park on street We tried calling SOMEONE to no avail. Only to go up to our room and locked out again at 1am. FRONT DESK shows up at 7 am .ZERO HELP SHE WAS. She took over an HOUR TO COMPOSE...

“My stay at Montenegro Lodge wasn’t without its challenges, albeit very minor ones. On the first day we discovered that the door didn’t lock, so we had limited security. The internet was intermittent at times, and the hot water was not sufficient to fill and use the hot tub. However, where this property fell short, the staff were there to pick things up. “Lovely sprawling property with some very nice workers. Uneven staff. Poor communication. The restaurant waitstaff were very nice, and Dragan, the head bellman, was particularly observant, attentive and competent. It’s well worth staying at Conte, and we hope to return, but I’d suggest you have personalized check in and parking info and confirm your reservation 24 hours before arrival. Also “a few dozen stairs” truly could be 100+ big stone steps. ”
