“The Chalet is not in the place hotels.com stated it was. I based my choice upon distance to the ski area. Your website states its a 9 minute walk to the ski lift. In actuality it was a 20 minute drive. The information on your site was contradicting and turns out I had to pay the the owner directly at an additional 500 swiss francs. Chalet was beautiful and clean. Owner was very kind and understanding. Location was just wrong for us. We were a total of 5 with dog. The chalet was 150 meters...

“Très bien! Nous avons pu nous installer plus tôt que prévu. Cependant, nous n’avons eu aucune info sur le petit déjeuner. De plus, les places de parking sont très limités. Il n’y en a que deux. Nous avons essayé de communiquer avec la personne, mais aucune réponse. Nous avons été contraint de la parquer au début du village dans un parking gratuit, car tout est privé au alentours, donc attendez vous à marcher avec vos valises.
