“The owner was so very kind. The room was everything i needed, very clean and a nice sized fridge. I loved the fact that there was a nice blanket on the bed rather than having to turn heat up. Highly recommend!!”

“The place was OK. Because it was IU Northwestern football weekend, the rate was significantly higher- over $400. A couple things of concern. The TV remote was missing a battery. The front desk person had no extra batteries, so he just gave us a new remote that didn't work. The TV wouldn't even turn on with the buttons on the TV frame. We footie toothpaste so asked the front desk if the had any. He gave us a full tube that had been used, with stubble from shaving on it.”

“😀”

“Hot tub was completely out of service, air conditioning wasn’t working. ”

“Great condo with fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of space for our group of 6 who were there to attend a IU football game/homecoming. ”

“Garden in bad condition, outlets not working, mattresses not comfortable ”

“Check in was ok. We found a dead cockroach on my pillow in the morning and the desk said that they would have the manager call but didn’t receive any call or any money off of the room. The breakfast was oranges, yogurt , cereal and frozen burritos. The area was so crowded that you couldn’t walk around . Really it was a 1 star stay. We will never stay there again.”

“Very reasonable price especially if you have a pet, they stay free, minimal other amenities and can’t handle special requests because usually nobody on site.”
