"The hotel is very clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good too. The property is a little far from the center and it’s not accurately described by Expedia. We had to take a tram and a train to get to the center. The tram was not that close as described. It was at least 7-10 minutes walk to get to the tram station from the hotel. Overall great experience."

"This hotel is an older property. You can’t beat the location, and that’s the main allure. As an older hotel, there are few outlets and none by the bed. There’s also no in room coffee service or free coffee other than at the breakfast buffet. The hotel doesn’t have great sound proofing, but does provide ear plugs. The other oddity is that as many European hotels, they have single beds pushed together. The Rho hotel doesn’t use any straps or even a single sheet, causing you to fall between the beds if not careful! But you absolutely cannot beat the location!"

"My stay at Ibis Amsterdam Airport was extremely disappointing. This was easily one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere. The property felt more like a rundown budget motel than a reputable hotel. The room was tiny, roughly 10x10, with an uncomfortably cramped and poorly designed bathroom. The food was honestly unacceptable. I forced myself to take a few bites just to avoid going hungry, and even then I was concerned about getting sick. That’s not something you should ever feel at a hotel. Overall, this was a complete waste of money. It unfortunately put a damper on what was otherwise a great trip. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere and choosing a better hotel chain."

"Easy walk from Centraal Station between red light district and Jordaan with walk ability and restaurants. It is a healthy walk to Van Gogh/Riksmuseum. Staff was fantastic and nice breakfast buffet and cocktail bar. Gym was decent. Excellent combo of price, location and amenities."
