"Room air-conditioning was not working. When I asked the staff. Made me sit in lobby for hours and then put a small fan on my room. No window to open. Room temperature become 28 C and I could not sleep. The smoke alarm started to beep in the middle of night. Just my room. Break fast was good. Furniture too old. Too far to walk from train station."

"We enjoyed the breakfast and the family suite was convenient. Needed more outlets that were accessible to the nightstands in the 2nd bedroom. We also could not get the lamps to turn on without the main light overhead being on...it was so strange. Understanding that it is highly recommended to recycle, it would have been nice to have some kind of trash or place to put recyclables in our room. The air conditioner in the secondary room was loud and did not get cold....we were hot and couldn't get the air to go lower.... allergies prevented us from opening a window. Parking should be free. When you are paying a high rate for rooms, to add additional for parking that was right out front is a bit greedy to me."

"The room served its purpose of being close to airport for next day flight. Rooms were outdated but beds comfortable and decent bathroom. Free shuttle to/from airport and breakfast included. Dining staff were very courteous and helped me with dietary restrictions. Ongoing construction on property site may enhance the site. "
