“Everything was good”

“It was a very pleasant 3 nights stay. The receptionist are extremally helpful, kind and polite. The hotel is located in the exact city center, 2 min walk to the Macedonia Square. There is plenty of shops and restaurants around. Very clean room with a cattle, tea, coffee. Great size bed with comfy mattress and 2 kinds of pillows. Good wifi connections. The breakfast is basic but tasty and fresh. Highly recommend!”

“Midden in het levendige centrum. Vriendelijk personeel. Modern. Schoon. Super zwembad/ spa! Gratis parkeren midden in de stad. Onze kamer aan de achterkant was wel wat gehorig, maar tegen de kerkklokken en andere stadsgeluiden valt misschien ook niet te isoleren. Je ziet wel dat het hotel nog niet helemaal af is. Qua afwerking zijn er nog dingen te doen, maar daar hadden wij geen last van.”

We loved how the stairway walls had photographs and descriptions of all the amazing places to visit in Macedonia. It gave us some ideas we didn’t even know about! It was nice to have a parking spot and it was in walking distance to shops, restaurants and markets. Would highly recommend!”

“Magnifique expérience ! L’hôtel m’a contacté le jour avant mon arrivée pour m’avertir de la neige et m’indiquer les meilleurs route pour I arrivée car pas toute les route son dégagée. Livraison du petit déjeuner directement à l’igloo! Chambre impeccable avec incroyable vue et équipement complet sale de bain propre baignoire au milieu de la chambre et jacuzzi privatif sur la balcon. Je recommande fortement cette établissement personés qui aime la découverte et bien sur au couple qui veullent...

“This hotel it's disaster! Avoid it at any costs! I have booked Deluxe double room with separate bedroom and sitting area. I got standard room with child crib! After complain the receptionist lady showed me all rooms available on that floor (all standard, with the same very dirty white and blue carpet) and asked me to choose one. No apology, no reaction to the fact that I've paid extra for Deluxe double room. The hotel is called Citadel 360 Suites & Spa and first amenity is Pool. However both Spa...
