"Between the stench of burning wafting in from the bustling street outside, the one inch of leg room when on the toilet, the lack of TV remote, and the lack of a working AC, I cannot rate my stay here as enjoyable. A lot of the staff seemed unattentive and when the complimentary water was dropped off one afternoon while I was in the room, the staff didn't even knock - just unlocked the door and apoligzed... Keep in mind that you aren't paying a lot of money to stay here and this is also Kisumu,...

"What a great stay at Acacia Premier! I had been staying at a competitor’s hotel not too far from here as I had been loyal to them for over 15 years. But, after they went under new ownership in recent years, and failed to deliver any meaningful change, I decided to try Acacia. I’m so sorry that I’ve waited so long! What a breath of fresh air for Kisumu. Thanks especially to Mary, Wycliffe, Otieno (gym), and Victor for their outstanding, impeccable, purely professional performance.
