"It was sometimes noisy in the evening due to events and Karaoke. The breakfast wasn't adapted to "Westerners". The pool and SPA were not available. Personnel didn't speak much English. Location in general good, specially for kids, got a "rural" touch, and close to theme park and SunMoon Lake."

However, the stairs to get from the parents's bed to the children's loft were uncomfortable and a bit scary to climb down. "The hotel is located right on the lake so if you ask for a lake view it is pretty but in the mornings the train announcements start around 9 to 5. That takes away from the tranquility. The rooms are nice but the bathrroms need cleaning."
