"일단 평일이라 숙박객이 많지 않은데 정면 공사장 뷰의 방을 받았음..공사 소음에 그냥 창문 닫고 지냈음. 프론트의 직원들이 제대로 호텔학과를 전공했나 싶을 정도로 접객 서비스에 대한 이해는 낮아 보였음. 근처 식당을 추천해 달라니 식당이 모여 있는 골목에 식당이 많이 있다는 대답이 돌아옴. 입실 시 체크아웃 시간을 추가 비용 내고 연장했는데 11시 넘어서 전화 옴. ㅡㅡ 제주 라마다는 객실이 오래됨에도 직원들의 꼼꼼하고 친절한 마인드에 감동하고 돌아왔는데 같은 라마다라고 보기 힘들었음. "

"Our room was extremely clean and with an amazing view. We especially loved the scent in the room and throughout the hotel. The Shinsegae mall being connected to the hotel offered a variety of dinning options and convenient shopping opportunities. We wish we could have stayed longer. The next time we travel, we hope to do an extended stay."
