Muy bonito hotel súper limpios los cuartos y todas las áreas, buenas bebidas y comidas y el staff muy atentos y amables

I like this place a lot, my 7th time there. Good property, great staff, good pools with an amazing view ogmf the bay abd great beaches and food.

The hotel is nice but i want it an adults only property expidia show it to as adult only but is not,the only adult area is one pool with the bar,and the hotel needs to put a little mpre effort in controling the pool bed because people wake up and set stuff on top of the beds to separate them, the rules state not to do it but people don’t care and belive i wake up very early and respect it the rule the first day and i end up with no bed at the pool, food is good and very good service,Benny at the...

The resort and its employees were excellent. However a taxi that the hotel requested took us to a two stores of his choosing that charged ridiculous prices. He refused to take us to a store of our choosing citing “lack of quality “ at the other stores. The shirt my wife overpaid for was of terrible quality and shoddy workmanship. Be careful of the cab drivers

Did not like the Beach club offsite

The hotel is nice maybe a little old , our view was awesome 😎 ocean front The service was excellent Roberto welcomed us, thanks to Isabel , Dulce, Esmeralda Demetrio Paty, for making our stay pleasant with details in our room every day and making our anniversary unforgettable, we loved it. Brenda for keeping our room clean every day!!

Besides the property is almost new and the service is very good, the employees are way too kind there is a need to improve restaurant services, variety and peices. There is no way to charge $150 MXP for an order of french fries while a Club a sandwich costs the same. No relationship. No logic. For breakfast there is no option rather than to take the buffet. Sometimes you don't want to take it since you just want to have a coffee and toast. Some other details such as lights (too white during...

Friendly and kind staff. It’s nice to eat at the hotel’s restaurant, some of the tables are set right next to the pool. The bleach club is such a treat, pure relaxation. I would definitely go back.

The trip to Huatulco was nearly perfect. Interjet provided outstanding service, even though the morning flights out of Mexico City had been delayed by fog. We were only 20 minutes late taking off and arrived perfectly. Interjet still provides old fashioned service with a free drink of any kind (yes beer or a mixed drink) and a bag of chips to all their customers. I have flown them now several times and HIGHLY recommend them if you have the ability. Be prepared for the taxi hounds at the...

The staff was friendly the bartender was very nice and kept pouring us drinks ;) The chilaquiles in the morning for breakfast were great
