"Love the vibe of this hotel. Very tropical, steel drum music playing, decorated beautifully. Was very disappointed that on a Saturday most of the waterpark was closed down. We could only access the log ride which my daughter couldn’t do because she was too small, the hot tub which my daughter couldn’t do because she was too small, the toddler water play area, and the big water playground area. The wave pool was closed, all the slides but one on the playground and the log ride were closed, the two little side pools on the right with the floaties and obstacle course were closed. That was our primary reason for staying there so very disappointed. But the breakfast buffet was great, the character meet and greets were very cute, and the staff was very friendly!"
