“공간은 매우 넉넉했지만 그 공간에 침대, 소파, 식탁 외에는 다른 가구가 없고, 옷장 등도 부족한 편입니다. 화장실 청결상태가 나쁘지는 않지만, 시설이 낡고 오래돼서 깨끗해보이지는 않습니다. 밤의 난방이 충분하지 않고, 창의 잠금 장치가 망가져서 베란다 쪽 보안이 좋지 않습니다. 교통이 편하고, 출입을 지문 등록 후 하게 되어 있어 편리하지만 지문 등록 상태가 안되는 경우가 있어서 불편하기도 합니다. 청소를 요구해야 청소만 해주고 타월을 갈아주지만 침구 정리는 해주지 않습니다. 욕실에는 액상 비누만 있습니다. 문이 아직도 열쇠로 되어 있어서 갖고 다니기 불편합니다. 주변 버스 정류장 등 교통이 편하고 팔레르모 중심가에 접근이 편리하여 좋은 식당 등 접근성은 좋지만, 도심 주요 관광지까지는 버스로 30분 정도 거리가 있고 가까이 지하철은 없습니다. ”
