"All night the air conditioner is broken. It is leaking. The television is broken. One of the light isn’t working."

"The property is very nice and could be a phenomenal destination with its location on the river. The staff was nice and tried to be helpful. Bar soap was not provided only shampoo and shower gel. A hair dryer was provided but was located in the room. I found out later that the outlet in the bathroom did not work which is why the hair dryer was in the room. Breakfast was pretty sad compared to other hotels but it was tasty and plentiful"
