“It was a wonderful piece of property . I will definitely look fir this one fir my next stay”

“I had a great stay! My first impression when I walked into the room was how clean it smelled. Everything was clean, organized, and in its place, and I had everything I needed for my stay. The staff were also very helpful and made my experience even better. The location is great, especially if you want to explore Capitol Hill. There’s plenty to do, and I think the area is especially great for college students or anyone who enjoys a lively, youthful environment. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay...

“The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room. Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room.”

“very pleasant and comfortable ”

“I really enjoyed the location of the property because it was near all the cool landmarks.”

“This place was so cute and comfortable, and the location was perfect & close to everything we needed. Communication was great, and check in was super easy. I’d definitely stay here again next time I visit!”

“Photo of couch has been edited. It’s half the size of the picture. There is no lighting down walk way to the place. Best of luck finding parking anywhere close by. Be careful climbing the ladder to the bed as the ceiling is about 3’ high when you get to the top. The location is really good. It was clean. Definitely not a place I’d rent again.”

“Overall a good location but parking was difficult. We were forced to use the Diamond parking lot on Howell St for overnight parking at a rate of $32. Then we were forced to locate street parking with a 2 hour time limit which meant that we had to move the vehicle multiple times during one of our rest days. I think in the future we will need to consider this when booking accommodations in this area. Make sure the lodging comes with private parking. Otherwise, relatively clean and can’t beat the...
