“I never met a staff person, so I can't say anything about that. I DID have direct text communication, however. The entire establishment is adorable and full of character. Those espousing sterile chain places may not like it much, but those - like me - who love reclaimed character will have GREAT appreciation for this beautiful gem. VERY comfortable and squeaky clean.
