“We had a good stay except for the pull out couch. It was full of candy wrappers & chips. We found that to be disgusting. I don’t think it was the hotel itself, I think housekeeping may be lacking.”

“Overall the stay was ok. The beds and towels were clean but the rooms themselves were dated and a little rough, I would have preferred it to be a bit more clean. The refrigerator barely worked, the door was broken off the little freezer so the condensation was dripping water all over the inside of the fridge. The area is quiet, and the staff was friendly, so that was nice and they allow dogs for $30 which was necessary for us. I wouldn’t go out of my way to return, it works as a backup plan but...

“The best new England hospitality”

“This is a great place to stay if attending a concert at the Casino Ballroom. It is a short walk to the venue and the beach. The room was small but comfy with a great shower, and a microwave and fridge. The ladies at the front desk were very nice! I’ll stay here again next year for the yearly KC & The Sunshine Band concert.”

“Too simple, offered very little in amenities. Area surrounding was very rough, would not choose to stay there again!!!!!”

“Room includes a bed and a bathroom. We didn't need anything more than that so when comparing prices in the area, this was perfect. Parking is a lot down the side street. It is made for small/mid-size cars and is accessible to guests before check in time (just check with front desk for a parking pass). For a one night stay after a show, the hotel was just right. If you are looking for a longer stay on the beach, the location is perfect but you may want more space.”

Pour la première fois, j'ai été un peu déçu de ma chambre, car j'avais réservé une chambre vue partiel sur l'océan dont la vue était du côté «garage» selon les photos de l'annonce. “Room was very dirty!!! Cigarette butts all over the place. Walls are paper thin you could hear people talking all night long. Air conditioning smelled very bad and was super loud. Hot tub was cold. Pool was clean but not heated as claimed. Silverfish crawling in the bathroom. Appliances were filthy. Short and curlys on the toilet. You can see into the room from the balcony despite shades.”

“This was a horrible experience. The phone in the room was dead and couldn't even call front office for an emergency or 911. There was a short shower curtain that would make water come out onto the floor. There was mold in the bathroom, no counter space to put makeup and toothbrushes etc. The door had spaces on the top and side, bugs could get in. No shelves in the shower to put shampoo, body wash and such. There were two floor lamps that were broken, and two table lamps that were very dirty. The...
