He was extremely slow, too chatty, wasting time with the couple that checked in before us. Got very confused about us having 2 rooms reserved for 2 couples. It was very frustating. But the room was great!”

Disappointed in age of ACs, bathroom door not latching, no real amenities on site aside from those mentioned above. Overall though I like the place for the rate, location & room size. Would consider staying again.”

“The room was clean and spacious and location was perfect with walkability everywhere. I would say that the cost of parking and or valet was a little higher than usual. We did have an issue with the air conditioner in our room. No matter what temp it was set on it would not cool the room to that temp and the room felt damp. We called the front desk three times about the issue and they sent maintenance immediately and each time they said keep the fan on the "ON" position to work properly. ...
