"It is a real privilege to stay in a castle. It is stunning; the interior courtyard is cool and a great place to enjoy breakfast, cocktails or just read a book. "Easy parking with direct access to the hotel. A nice easy 20 min walk to the centre of town. It was fine for a quick, cheap stopover but wouldn’t have stayed more than 1 night. Absolutely no soundproofing, felt like you could hear a light switch from 3 rooms down! No good for light sleepers."
