“This hotel is far from the main street, no shops around. They don't have luxurious suites. But still, I think five stars are not enough for them. I was so happy with my stay, and my only complain here is that they set up my standard of hotel front staffs so high, that I would not be easily satisfied later on. When I come back to this hotel, staffs always greets me and ask how my day was, and what do I need for next day, like boxed meals, taxi reservation, morning call for early tour, and so on....

“Jhina was such a welcoming host and the rooms were so cozy! Perfect view for the NYE fireworks as well. We had to leave early in the morning and Jhina even premade our breakfast so we wouldn’t leave hungry. Would definitely recommend!”

“This is a budget hotel - but the value and service for the price cannot be beat. I stayed here for 6 nights when I was in Cusco and my single room was private, clean, private bathroom with plenty of hot running water and in a very convenient location. The area is convenient for the main attractions of Cusco - however it would not be suitable for everyone. The markets that run outside the hotel on both sides attract a lot of people and it’s busy and could be a little intimidating for some. I...

“저렴한가격에 친절한 서비스를 받을 수있다. 주방사용이 가능하며 주인장 가브리엘이 영어를 잘해서 적극적으로 요구사항을 들어주었다. 단 쿠스코 현지지역인들이 사는 곳이며 높다. 4인실 침대상태가 좋지않아 편히 잘수는 없었다. 시설적인면에 크게 상관없다면 매력적인 곳이다. 아르마스광장 반대편에서 야경을 볼수있다.”

“I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away.
