"We had a wonderful 12 days in residence 1, a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with kitchenette. The view from the balcony was absolutely fabulous! It was a joy to sit out and look over Isola Bella beach! The grounds are beautiful and lush with well maintained gardens and the pool area was perfect! "Wonderful apartment in Catania, walking distance to the centre. Very clean and everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Great communication and coordinated a driver (additional cost) from the airport who we used again to take us back. "

"It was easy to find the flat and plenty of parking. We stayed at level 3, room no 5. Unfortunately a very strong drainage smell was coming out of the toilet which stunk the bedroom. The curtains won't close. The shower was dirty. We alerted the owner of this who admitted there was a drainage issue in the building that has been causing the smell. He said at 10:30pm at night if we didnt like it we could leave. The next day, despite admitting to the problem the night before he then denied it...

"This is a very unique hotel in a fantastic location close to the beach and restaurants. The room was large, modern and comfortable with great views across the water. Staff were very helpful - especially helping us decipher the rules around street parking. Breakfast and pre-dinner drinks on the rooftop was incredible - especially sunset drinks. We loved Trapani and would definitely stay here again. "

You can use the washing machine which was helpful for we travelled hand luggage only. Apartment was large and had everything you needed, even a friendly cat that would visit the garden! Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"The property and its views were amazing. Transportation getting to the resort from the airport was expensive. Expedia organized our flight from Toronto to Sicily requiring a ferry to cross then organize a shuttle at the harbour to the resort. This would have added hours and substantial cost to get to the resort. We reorganized so we flew from Toronto to Rome then Rome to Palermo reserving a shuttle at our expense to get to the resort."

"This is a great option for a mid range hotel conveniently located for touring in Rome. Al the amenities were wonderful as was the staff. It is near the subway and in a quiet neighborhood it has an excellent breakfast and a full dinning room. I will recommend to all my friends. "

"When you first walk in, it’s very lovely. The staff is excellent. The area with the beautiful pool overlooking the water the very nice private beach and the facilities are top notch and the breakfast is absolutely wonderful. They make you omelettes and pancakes, which is very unusual for an Italian hotel. Only a couple of negatives, which was the parking that’s not on the hotel premises, but you have to walk about 100 m outside the hotel and the soundproofing of the room. You can hear the people in the hallway outside of your room talking, which makes me think they can also hear us inside our room. Overall, though I would rate this as definitely a hotel that will not disappoint. And I will definitely return back."
