"Nous avions réservé au Galleria mais celui-ci étant en rénovation, nous avons été accueillis à l'Hôtel Heritage ( même propriétaire). Communication parfaite avec l'hôtel. Super accommodant pour nous loger dans des conditions supérieures à notre réservation d'origine. Très bel hôtel dans la zone piétonne. Belle chambre. Personnel accueillant et très aimable. Nous recommandons chaudement."

"There’s a musty smell in the rooms. In disrepair but they are slowly renovating. I didn’t know you couldn’t drive to the hotel and must call hotel and wait for them to let you into the no car area. Staff were very helpful and kind. "
