“객실이 깨끗했고 직원은 친절했습니다. 샤워할 때 뜨거운 물이 안 나오긴 했지만 방이 쾌적하고 좋았어요.”

“The main issue which reduces the lower recommendation rating is the £10 car park charge, which I've never experienced at any overnight hotel stay in my life. Also the internet signal in the annexe where our room was located was poor, meaning that I couldn't communicate effectively with my workplace. This will cost me time in future as I need to compensate and make-up for my schedule.”

“Room had damp issues around the window frame which is strange to see in the summer months. Queued at reception to check in, the reception team ignored us and dealt with another guest who walked straight past us. Staff that we interacted with didn’t seem very interested in talking at all.”

“Not ideal for wheelchair users as the lift is rather small also really difficult to get into the reception area from the car park as there is a big ledge to go over for access so a ramp is very much needed. Great parking Friendly staff Decent views and a nice room”

“한국에서도 목시는 꼭 가보고 싶었는데, 브리스톨에 와서 숙박했네요. 일단 합리적인 가격이라 너무 좋았습니다. 힙하고 트렌디한 느낌은 브리스톨과 더욱 잘 어울렸고, 무척 편안하게 잘 지냈습니다. 콘센트도 220v, USC, C-type이 있어서 무척 편리했습니다. 그리고 브리스톨에서 웬만한 관광지는 도보로도 이동 가능합니다!!”
