From the arrival to the departure, there is not one area we didn't enjoy during our short stay. My wife and I had a two week vacation in Korea, and Art Paradiso was the last hotel we stayed before returning to the U.S. It turned out to be the best choice I had made for the entire trip. Great location for shopping and dining. Luxurious hotel interior- every spot is picturesque. It has own fine-art gallery. I booked a room with two double beds. The room was clean and spacious. One thing I didn’t like was the toilet with bidet that did not work properly. So the hotel manager changed my room right away. Except that, I had great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Grand Busan and would happily stay there again. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful from check-in to check-out. The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is close to several tourist locations, restaurants and shopping areas. The access is pretty easy from the airport (the bus stops right at the door) or by train (Seoul station is just 15 min by taxi), something really helpful if you come with family. i flew in from california with a 22 hour layover to Bangkok and this Property has a shuttle pickup location outside the airport and they will arrange to drop you off as well, perfect for long layovers. Hotel is is very clean, staff is professional and the food is amazing. Sauans, Jaccuzi and a modern fitness center are a few amenities i love as well as two huge pools and play room for the kids. the interior is beautiful if you like selfies.

This hotel was phenomenal. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff - especially Peter, we're so attentive. Only stayed for 2 nights, but it was so accommodating, I wish I stayed longer. They have a shuttle to the airport that makes it convenient and a big paradise mall that is only a 5 min walk. Will definitely stay here again!

Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.

This property is great for foreigners adjusting to transition into Asian culture. I recommend for individuals with a long stay in Korea to pamper yourself and stay for a few nights. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The grounds are beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. They have a variety restaurants with different cuisine. It was just as lovely as everyone has reported. The front desk, room service, bellmen, etc, were all so very friendly and kind. Every staff person we met went out of their way to help us and offer a first class welcome. They were exceedingly polite, especially with our language barrier. Many of them spoke English fluently. It was just wonderful to be treated so well.

Grand Josun is an incredible hotel! The rooms are well kept and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is welcoming and are willing to help you at any time. We loved the location as there was a street full of restaurants across from the hotel and we were right on the beach.

It's a very nice place. Just wish the bathroom can lock the door.

Six star hotel. We loved this place and sad to check out. We are from Georgia, USA and generally blown away with Busan and the Haeundae area. The hotel was top notch, my 5 yo son loved the pool, kid friendly, we felt welcomed. Great energy here and you can feel the happiness from everyone including fellow guests and staff. I hope I’m right when I say we will be back!! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Room was immaculate, staff was amazing and so helpful. We didn't park so can't speak to that, but the service at the front desk was very smooth and efficient. The breakfast is delicious and very convenient but PRICEY so if you want to do that, make sure you book a package where it is included. We loved being next to Lotte World park, the subway station and mall. Would 100% stay here again.
