“DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It was very unclean, sheets were dirty, comforters had stains. The floors had soo much debri and dirt on the floors my sons socks were covered. The man at the front desk when i called to ask about my reservation was VERY rude and yelled and hung up. Appliances are SUPER outdated and not clean, Door barely closes all the way you can see thru the crack a little. Your keys to the room keep deactivating, you have to keep going down to have them reactivated..WORSE 4 day stay...

“There was black mold in the showers and around the toilets. As you walk down the halls, you could just see stucco where people have punched holes in the wall stay away from this place.”

“This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on anything. However, it is warranted. We had issues with the air and the lights. There was apparently a short in the bathroom light fixture. It would not work most of the time. Also, my son slipped and fell in the shower. It was extremely slippery with no slip-resistant adhesives to prevent sliding. When we asked to file an accident report, they could not find the official paperwork and asked us to write down our information on a random...

“The staff is very rude and dont care about your well being except for Nicole she is very sweet and caring Sylvia is the most meanest person I ever met she doesn't want to do her job at all and doesn't care about the customers and she complains about everything especially when she has to go get customers clean linens and when she has to check you in i would not recommend this hotel to anyone ”

“The room was dirty. It looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum in years. The beds were rough. The pillows were flat. The ac made horrible noises and kept freezing up. This hotel does not meet Wyndham standards at all. It is reminiscent of a no-tell motel.”
