We also met Luisa and Peter, two incredibly kind and professional individuals who made every moment even more special. One of the highlights of our trip was the spectacular beach dinner, where we were graciously served by Lauterio, whose customer service was outstanding. At the beach bar, Alexis and Jordany always greeted us with warmth and excellent service. We must give a very special mention to Ramona, our housekeeper, who took care of our room (11408) with such dedication. Without her, we probably wouldn’t have had such restful nights — she truly made us feel at home. The food was delicious at every restaurant, the room was immaculate and comfortable, and the overall service was first-class. Honestly, we rarely return to the same hotel — but this time, we would gladly make an exception for the wonderful people we met here. Adonys deserves a 100/100.
