"English translation follows. I recently stayed at the Yukai Resort. One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great. The staff are friendly, breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, the Japanese-style rooms were wonderful, and the onsen and public baths were superb. "子供の遊ぶところが、ラウンジから見守れたらお酒やジュースを飲みながら見守り出来るのになーと思いました。ファミリー層のホテルなので、もう少し配慮していただけるともっと良いホテルになると思いました。遅い方の朝食だったので仕方のないのかもしれませんが、残っていないものもあって残念でした。"

"The property is huge. The room is very spacious and clean, thought the furniture is a little antique, the staff were courteous and efficient, though they speak only Japanese but they try to converse with you in English. There is a big outdoor carpark. The breakfast was excellent , large variety, well presented, healthy options available, remember to return your used cutlery and tray to the nearest rack after your meal. There is not much to do in the hotel except for onsen and table tennis. The forest surrounding the hotel provides a breathtaking view. Have to venture out, there is plenty to explore."
