“My husband and I enjoyed our stay! We were in the area for the weekend for DMB's shows at SPAC- 30 min drive. Tina (owner/ host) was exceptional. She was extremely communicative. “First of all when we got there we weren't told where the parking area was . We had 5 people staying 3 nights. There were 3 bath mats, 3 bath towels & 2 washcloths. No hand towels. No kitchen towels. The shower head didn't work correctly. Dining area lights didn't work. Control panel on the washer/dryer was falling off. No place to put our clothes. All the electronics for media and appliances for meal-making were plentiful and high quality. “This place is awesome. We weren't there much as it was parents weekend for RPI but it was so great to come back to a house with a hot tub and sauna. I thought we would use the pool table but the weekend ended up too busy to invite friends over. Super comfortable and beautiful.”

The new owner told me by phone from another location that the hotel was fully booked and had an ownership change. My companion and I were left high and dry with no place to stay in Bennington. I had to reject an offer of accommodation in Rutland 50 miles away. Expedia and new owner, please take responsibility for this lapse.”

“Nice quite place to stay the night. No second floor, so there was no chance of being disturbed by people walking above you. Clean room, including the bathroom. I liked that it had a mini fridge so we could put food in it that we brought with us. There was also a separate freezer where I refroze my ice packs over night. Very handy. I didn't have any food to reheat, but if I had, the microwave would have come in handy. I did use the coffee pot for coffee in the morning. I took off a star...
