"I thought had booked a 1 bedroom apartment, with kitchen facilities. In particular a microwave to heat wheat pack-pain relief from recent shoulder replacement. I would say within minutes of staff realising I would like a microwave, I was rung and offered one. Was appreciated making the second night more bearable. Feedback bonus comment on behalf of disabled community. While the rooftop pool is small-its a cool part of the history of the 'sugar shaker' Could not a lifting harness be in pool area, even if states a carer at al assists and floatation vest must be worn? Possibly the hotel has a lift for folks-just something to consider for more commerce and peoples quality of life. Will be back-TSV like many places still not recovered Covid loss of trade/interest. Thanks for being reasonable human beings. PS Perhaps more than one packet of two biscuits lol? "

"We stayed for 8 nights. I have nothing to fault. Service was amazing. The room was spotless and very comfortable for the size. Will come back and stay for sure. If you want a tidy room with storage for everything, where you can cook a basic meal, have an immaculate bathroom a Gym and other outside facilities this is the place to be. Fantastic"
