Nice SPA, good breakfast, the hotel has its atmosphere/climate but the receptionist (lady) was extremely rude and treated us with disrespect :/

spent full week for vacation in good condition. Hotel offers many possibilities to relax as well as neighborhood for cycling activities. All employees were friendly and supportive , good breakfast choice. Restaurant menu very good. All in all it is very good place to stay. We have been here third time already.

The hotel and staff excellent, restaurant was excellent

Nice hotel, large room. The Spa is very good and well equipped. Dinner is great.

Nice hotel with not too high price in downtown of Bydgoszcz.Service was 5 stars so I am glad to stay in Mercure and definitely will come back.

Nice location near shopping mall.

Hotel is a little far from main attraction (to walk). They had a cocktail on the night of my stay so we had noise until 2am. Mattress are extremely soft for me. Big room and big bathroom.

Friendly staff and very clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent!
