The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "the ladies in the front desk have to learn how to receive the customeers, they were rude & did give information about the hotel like: opening hours of the restaurant & the spa. we complained that the water in the shower don't run out. 3 days they did not fixe it. they do cleaning once in 2 days' the room was not clean - we put the sign of clening, they did not clean. one of soap bootle was empty- they did not replace a new one....... "

"Reception on floor 1, but check-in was in the restaurant/bar on floor 0. Took a bit to figure this out. Air conditioning was struggling to cool the room--probably due to dirty filters (there wasn't much airflow)--but the neighborhood was quite quiet and the night air was cool which allowed us to cool the room quickly just by opening the windows. Great place to stay right in the heart of this charming town!"
