"Rural location - perfect for visiting the beautiful gardens of Normandy. Not a hotel but more a farm being renovated as a super "B&B" (5 bedrooms). Francoise and Christophe are delightful hosts. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We were welcome to use the extensive gardens and swimming pool, and visit the horses down by the river and pond. "Nous avons réservé la suite (duplex) et à notre arrivée j’ai été déçue du fait qu’il y avait de la moquette dans la chambre à l’étage. Je ne l’avais pas vu sur les photos. Pour moi, la moquette est un vrai red flag ! C’est pas du tout hygiénique ! D’autant plus les hôtels qui acceptent les animaux. Nous savons tous très bien que les chiens marquent leur territoire en urinant ! D’ailleurs c’est ce que notre chien a fait à peine arrivé dans la chambre, c’était inévitable.

Friendly staff who despite our poor efforts at speaking French made every effort not to make us feel awkward. Our only criticism, and it is a minor issue, is that there was no English type tea! Rooms all had fruit flavoured teas supplied but would have been nice to have had good old English Breakfast tea too! We bought our own locally in the end so didn’t go without!
