“I don't like giving a bad review but for £220 it was a shockingly bad experience. Admittedly it was at the end of the heatwave and despite a fan working full blast every surface in the room was not warm but hot, only one window would open 4" max. The room I was allocated on the ground floor did not have any windows that opened, and there seemed to be an aircon/heating unit that wasn’t working; fans were already in the room but didn’t help with the blistering heat and lack of ventilation.
