“A beautiful boutique hotel that makes for a wonderful haven from the chaos on the streets. Beautiful rooms, restaurants, pool and facilities. Food at both restaurants great and the rooftop Japanese restaurant was magnificent. Would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others.”

“Property was severely lacking working amenities - the tv had blurred screen, the gas was not working throughout the stay. We had requested for a late check-out and due to the issues with the room, they had agreed at no cost. However on the day of checkout, we were repeatedly disturbed by the staff, asking us to check out and every time we had to again explain the situation. What's the point of a late check-out if someone or the other is going to disturb every 5 mins. Disappointing stay. Will...

“The location was amazing, but the bathroom had tons of water damage and bugs everywhere. The tub/shower situation was terrible as there were no curtains or dividers so water just got everywhere. The staff was really slow and didn’t understand a lot of our requests and while the lobby was bright and airy, I wish we would’ve chosen to stay elsewhere. We paid a lot for basic accommodation. ”

“Das Hotel ist sehr nett angelegt und hat uns vor allem aufgrund seiner wenigen Zimmer und dsdurch Persönlichkeit überzeugt. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.”

“Hotel rooms were dirty, wall stains, bath stains, balcony door rusted and staff didn’t remember know much. They were nice but nice doesn’t get the job done unfortunately. Ended up only staying for 1 night and ended up going to another hotel due to this ”

“Pros: Great location with an amazing beachfront experience, a pretty good breakfast, and the staff let us hang out in the hotel area a few hours before our check-in. Cons: A bit old rooms, very cold inside with no possibility of making it warmer. We are from Ukraine, and the staff was trying to talk in Russian to us, literally the whole stay. We repeated several times that we don't speak Russian and we don't understand them, but they didn't care. ”

“위치는 괜찮음. view budget room 이었는데, 히카두와 비치에 있는 view room은 전부 그정도이니 별로 특별한것은 없음. 바다보면서 수영할수 있는 것은 장점이나, 수영장이 깨끗하지는 않음. 객실 청결도는 최악, 개미많고 과자나 과일 부스러기 하나만 있으면 수백마리의 개미떼를 볼 수 있음. 체크아웃하는날 배낭을 전부 털어 청소하였으나 결국 한국에서까지 스리랑카 개미를 잡아야했음. 화장실에서는 복도의 소리와 옆방의 소리를 생생하게 들을 수 있음. 욕실에는 비누밖에 없으며 그외 모은 amenity는 심지어 물까지도 extra charge가 붙음. 정말 다시는 생각하고 싶지 않은 숙박이었음.”

“Annoncé comme un 4 étoiles, je dirai que c’est plutôt un 2 étoiles. Niveau propreté ça laisse au désirer : nous avons nettoyé nous-mêmes la chambre (gouttes de café sur les meubles de chevet et cadre de lit). Sans compter les draps et taies d’oreiller tachés. Nous avons dîné au restaurant la 1ere nuit...horrible vu le prix. La salade grecque a été revisitée en simples morceaux de tomates et de poivrons avec des tranches de fromage cheddar posées dessus. Sans sauce salade, sans rien! La plage...

“Wir haben uns hier enorm wohl gefühlt, die Zimmer und Anlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wirklich sauber. Das Personal macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderem, extrem zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit rund um die Uhr - wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat einen perfekten ausblick von den balkons auf das Meer und wir empfanden es als sehr schön, dass man nicht mitten in der Stadt ist sondern sehr viel weniger Trubel um einen herum ist.
