“This was our first stay at the Guanahani, after having previously stayed at another perfectly lovely hotel in St Barth's, and we could not have been happier. The staff were exceptionally helpful, pleasant, quick and accommodating - from locating and delivering our lost luggage, to renting a car, making (and changing) dinner reservations, supplying us with water and a cooler every time we left the property, etc. Special shout-outs to Simon at the reception, Julie in the main restaurant, and...

“The room was clean and very comfortable and the decor was simple and modern. The staff was excellent. We were brought to our room and shown the compounds by the front office. The oceanview was absolutely breathtaking and breakfast being brought to us every morning to enjoy on the balcony was another unexpected treat! I would definitely stay here again if I ever get the chance to return to St. Maarten!”

“We had a great condo, well furnished, beds were great, great view except for the railing being so high on the lanai. Also, cooking pans and knives could use an update. Waves are rough on this side of the island so you must travel to snorkel.”

The staff grab the dress drove to the airport and gave us the address while we were waiting for our flight about to board! The restaurant here was incredible. The lobster was absolutely amazing. The continental free breakfast was outstanding. The view of the ocean was amazing. The beach was clean. The water was clean. The waves were not too big not too small. It was perfect for a couples...

“We loved this hotel, however there were no locks on the door of one of the bedrooms in our suite. The room could be accessed from the outside. The hotel is on a beautiful hilltop but, we couldn’t let our kids sleep in that room. The hotel had no way to rectify. The hotel and staff are amazing but that would be a consideration for not returning to the 3 bedroom suite. ”
