“Wyndham has a pre checking that doesn't work for the hotel. I had to check in twice essentially. But it's ok. Staff did so quickly and everything was taken care of. Otherwise staff was very nice and the service was great. The pool is why we chose the hotel and we will stay here again. It was amazing. The kids loved it. Breakfast was pretty good. There were a lot of options for everyone. Plenty of food. ”

There isn't really a gym there, it is a fitness room and is so small only one or two can use it at a time so front desk controls access. “The young man who was working the front desk was very friendly and fast. Later i went down and asked for 2 more towels and pillows. He had towels but no extra pillows but said he would find some and bring them to my room. I just figured sure probably not but guess what about 1 hour later he knock on the door and had pillows He didnt forget! He was super busy and still managed to go above and beyond. Nicely done. The next morning breakfast was nothing special but the from desk lady was keeping...

“Have stayed on numerous occasions and it is always excellent. The only thing that is could improve on was in the restaurant area they were very slow with only one person on staff. Otherwise outstanding as always. Front desk is extremely friendly and always remembers people as you come in. They always offered help you find the room location that you like. It's close to home Olive Garden and Old Chicago. Outstanding stay”
