I had a very disappointing stay overall. Upon arrival, the room I was assigned was completely unclean, bedsheets and pillows were scattered, and the bathroom had clearly not been serviced. Although the staff did change my room, this caused unnecessary delays when I was already in a rush. Later that evening, I returned early specifically to rest and enjoy the room amenities. Unfortunately, the TV did not work properly at all. Netflix could not be launched, none of the streaming apps functioned, and even YouTube failed to load. A staff member came to assist but was unable to resolve the issue. Because of these repeated issues, I wasn’t able to relax or enjoy the stay as planned. While the room itself looked nice, basic cleanliness and functional amenities are fundamental expectations, and this experience fell well below that standard.
