The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were super comfortable and we all had a great sleep. I would say customer service could have been better when I ask for a late check out due to my daughter having an epileptic seizure in the morning, I was still ask to pay extra. Great location, rooms are fine, the only issue was a very long queue to check in, and with check-in time being 4pm which is quite late, everyone gets there at that time and apparently the queue is bad every day. It was still long at 5pm so not sure when you would need to check-in to avoid waiting ...
