Awesome vacation stay

Stay was fabulous, the staff was very friendly and accommodated all our needs. View from 3rd floor, cafeteria is amazing, smow capped dhauladhar ranges are clearly visible. We had a great family time during the Christmas and New Year vacation.

I stayed here for four nights. The location of this property is great. You can see the dhauladhar ranges from the roof top, staff is very supportive, the roof top bar LOL is excellent. The breakfast buffet has a lot of varieties and everything was very delicious.

D’Polo Club & Spa Resort is a true gem, offering an unforgettable stay with its breathtaking mountain and riverside views. The early morning and sunset vistas are simply spectacular, making it the perfect destination for nature lovers. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth and hospitality stood out. The culinary experience was exceptional. Executive Chef Chowang Norbu and his team went above and beyond to cater to our dietary needs. The Himachali and Tibetan cuisine was absolutely delicious—an authentic taste of the region that left us wanting more. The spa experience was top-notch. After a long six-hour road journey, the excellent massage left me feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop bar. Enjoying a drink while admiring the majestic Dhauladhar mountains, especially during sunrise and sunset, was truly magical. Overall, D’Polo Club & Spa Resort offers a premium experience with outstanding hospitality, stunning views, and excellent amenities. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We had some check in issues with the room but the general manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved and we had the most comfortable and best stay. The chef Mr Cheung is amazing, making us special dishes to our requirements. Highly recommend staying here as the hospitality was really good

Great view from rooftop, great food, menu was sometimes limited but the food was clean and tasty. Would definitely recommend. Also appreciate that they provide drinkable water refills in glass bottles so you don’t waste plastic. Many activities on offer that staff can book for you.

The property was nice. Not walking distance to city, a bit out, need to drive. No hot water, have to keep water running for 15/20 mins. Spa closes early. Food was excellent, must try hotel restaurant. Beautiful view.

I booked for many day in advance, from the USA, when my guests arrived, the rooms (2), were so stark, dirty, bleak and lacking aesthetic that they left to take a room elsewhere. They refuse to refund my money, and want to charge me for 10 days, 2 rooms even though they did not stay there. Horrible terrible experience with the staff. Unfair, robbery. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS UNSCRUPULOUS HOTEL.

Nice view

The rooms were well maintained, the staff was good the food was really nice. If you need to take a cab from hotel make sure you keep reminding them else you will have to wait for hours before your cab arrives. The view from the hotel room was awesome, didn’t feel like stepping out of the room but as we were in Dharmsala wanted to see the surroundings and the surrounding areas are not that great, I would suggest instead of going out for any site seeing in dharmashala, please be prepared to stay at the rooms or look for any other places near Dharmashala.

Tge view to the mountains was wonderful. The general Manager Dawa was extremely helpful when we had a few initial problems - sorted them out immediately and treated us to a tour of the local sights in the hotel car.
