"There are many details of this hotel that we find exceptional. First of all, the elevators offer indication as to which one is approaching your floor for the up or down direction you want to go to and they are very quiet. Secondly, they have all the in-suite accessories that you can think of, from full sets of chinaware, glassware and cutlery to complete set of stationary. For a bonus, our 270 degree view suite offers great night view of the city. Last but not least, staff we have encountered, from restaurants to the front desk, are all highly courteous and professional. "

"The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious. Excellent location as it’s linked to a big mall with many dining options. But what really stand out is the staff. Though bookings were made via Expedia (we had 2 different arrivals and 2 rooms), I had contacted the hotel directly on many occasions with regards to our late check-in, lower floor rooms, rooms near each other and our dining reservations on New Year’s Eve.
Staff was prompt in replying to all my emails by various staff which gave me the assurance that everything will be taken care off before our arrivals. Well done ! Highly recommended. "
