"The window was dirty. The towels were stained the tub had a huge patch of fiberglass on the bottom that was rough and hurt your feet. I had to wear flip flops to shower. The shower was stuck on so when you turned the water on you couldn’t adjust the temp before getting hit with freezing water. I’m a big disabled guy and they didn’t have an elevator. I had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to my room. The door had to be pushed open because it was dragging on the carpet. It was hard to close...
