"My mom and dad stayed here for a night and they were very happy! Super clean room and helpful and sweet staff. Kars is my second home I would definitely go back there! The only thing is parking space but it is very easy to find somewhere near likewalkimg distance to hotel."

"Very convenient location. Walking distance to airport. The hotel is new. Large, comfortable very clean rooms. Most of all very friendly and helpful staff, in particular Osman at reception (if you have any problems he will help). Breakfast is large and omelette served with a smile. Thank you!"

"3 gece konaklama yaptığım Qrista by Dedeman’dan son derece memnun kaldım. Personellerin hepsi inanılmaz yardımcı. Kahvaltısı bence dışarıda Kars kahvaltısı veren yerlere gitmeyi gerektirmeyecek kadar iyiydi. Odalar temiz ve düzenli ancak biraz küçük içeride hareket alanı kısıtlı kalıyor. Otelin her yeri sıcacık dışarısı -20 bile olsa içeride üşüme imkanı yok. Oda temizliğini siz söylemezseniz yapmıyorlar. Tek eksik sayabileceğim yanı bu ama öyle önemli bir şey değil bence. Konum olarakta Kars’ın tam merkezinde sayılır her yere yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Bu güzel konaklama deneyimi için Qrista by Dedeman oteline ve çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederim."
