Staffs at the hotel were very nice. Receptionists were welcoming and thr check-in was eeally smooth. The mademoiselle at the breakfast was nice lady. The room was okay except for the bathroom. The basin was clogged so water wasn't draining well. I had simple fixing of this. The towel used in front of the shower area was already wet before usage. Except this, I liked this place as it is quite convenient as it's right in front of the tram station. The breakfast was good as there was warm food as well as good selection of bread and fruits.

Nuit compliquée avec déclenchement de l'alarme incendie puis coupure d'électricité dans tout l'hôtel le matin. Petit-déjeuner froid, dans le noir, seuls (sans membre du personnel présent dans la salle). Le réceptionniste à l'accueil a fait son possible pour répondre aux clients.
