The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in easy access to the old town for shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. We were very close to the tram and other public transit. The small kitchen was nice to have.

Tolle Lage des Hotels und gute Ausstattung der Zimmer. Das WC hat nach Urin gerochen, ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber. Die Strasse ist auch in der Nacht befahren, weshalb es etwas lärmig ist.

We had booked this hotel six months before our visit and had rung and spoken to someone on reception to book parking as it is limited on site, however when we got there they had no record of this and no space to accommodate us. They directed us to a public car park across the other side of town - not impressed. The bed was uncomfortable and the room had seen better days. The toilet when flushed, continuously trickled with water which was only found to be a problem when settled in for the night
