"As a family of 5 we came here the second time already. Staff is outstandingly friendly and helpful. Food is of great quality, no matter if it is breakfast or dinner. "Honestly we had some problems with our house and owners did what they can to help us. We felt sad for leaving early but we came back to an amazing time with my husband. the heated pool was amazing at night. The warmth of the fire was so shooting. The breakfast was delicious and so filling. Their mid day fruit plates were refreshing. The place is all yours and feel free to communicate with the staff. "The restaurant and food were wonderful, but it would be much better if at least one staff member could speak English or Arabic. Otherwise, it is almost impossible to communicate with them"

"We Stayed in the 5+1 Villa and all images show it being in the resort but once you get there its a 15 min walk up a very steep hill and dirt road so its misleading,Villa was not in the Nevras Resort so it was disappointing The villas are outdated worn out and everything is old broken and tired, we couldnt use most of the furniture cracked and broken,bathrooms are leaking out of the shower and flooded, moldy and scumy and dirty. It is a safety concern misleading and i dont recommend anyone to experience what we have experienced. The staff members are polite and tries to help but cant and mention that theres no funding for renevations the basket breakfast was fair but late delivery at 10.30 am is to late, So overall it was a waste of time and money "

"Shame the economy room didn't have a window, since I wanted to hang up some hand-laundry (cyclists will understand). Also the toilet-bidet faucet was broken so I couldn't turn it off fully. It dribbled on and off all night. Didn't stop me sleeping though. All in all it was a fine room; not sure I'd be so happy paying the full price though - it was a discount offer. No breakfast unless I wanted to pay. I didn't think it was worth it."

"The Lift is not from the ground floor to the last floor, it starts from the first floor and ends at the 5th floor. My room is on the 6th floor. The receptionist was helpful and invaluable. His name is 'Umat', and he carries all my bags up the stairs to my room. I have disability and their help was crucial. The hotel location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants in the area. No parking in front of the hotel, but there is an 'Otopark', a parking building 300 meters from the hotel. When driving Google Maps may lead you to driving Tram Rails, that's okay. No variety in breakfast, just plain Turkish breakfast."
