"My stay at this hotel was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was absolutely unacceptable. It was disgustingly dirty and appeared to have been neglected for quite some time. The shower was broken, the toilet leaked, and the air conditioning unit was also leaking, creating an uncomfortable and unpleasant environment.

"I’m not sure if it’s the cleaner’s hair or hair from a former guest, but that needs to be cleaned better. Saw that on the night stand. The bathroom was tiny almost like an afterthought. The toilet paper was an inch from being under our arms when we’re using the toilet. The sliding shower door was loud. Sounded like it needed WD40 or something.
