Dinh Phong Vacations from ₩796,824

OCT 2026 -First impressions, superficially speaking, the property was beautiful and the room looked nice AT FIRST GLANCE. However, there were knicks and scrapes and scratches on and around the front desk, While the staff was very nice, some of the looked rather sloppy in their uniforms. I also noticed the brass, glass, and/or chrome around the property looked dirty, smudged, or had streaks. Once in the king bedded room, I noticed the floor had not been completely vacuumed. I dropped an item and upon picking it up I noticed debris beneath the sofa. Then, upon visiting the in-room bathroom I noticed there was trash still in the can by the tub, The bathtub had light brown dirty scum in it as if it was never cleaned. There was also hair on the floor in the bathroom, and the toilet seat had a couple of spots on it, Also, the towels in the room were very rough, hard, and the washcloths had strings hanging as if they were purchased at Dollar Tree or Walmart. the vanity area in the bathroom had droplets of I don't know what around the area where the towels were stored. I don't know if this was from the last occupant or the cleanser the housekeeper used. I just know it shouldn't have been there. Also visited Capon Restaurant for a simple fudge sundae. I stood there over 10 minutes as they'd forgotten my order. The $15 wasn't even very good. I wanted to love this place. For what I paid for this splurge, hotel staff should pay more attention to details in rooms and around the property.
