"This property is really close to the beach, which was a big plus. The place itself is old and needs repairs, but it was clean. I also like the fact that it has a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and stove in case I wanted to cook. Lots of places to eat nearby that were walkable distance. Great stay for the price"

"Convenient place to stay in a good neighborhood. Clean room with bathroom and nice shower, closet and desk, sitting chair, fridge, microwave and 2 night stands. Pool was very convenient as was parking. Bed was very soft and could use a new mattress soon. Easliy walk to 2 grocery stores and a diner, so eating supper was very nice."

"Check in process was terrible. They’d given our oceanfront balcony room away and tried to pass off a no balcony, side room off on us. They have 1 beach/pool chair for "
