Disney's Boardwalk, Bay Lake hotel rooms at the SPM Resorts

"Room wasn’t clean upon arrival. Cabinet doors were hanging crooked . Kitchen wasn’t stocked with proper utensils, cooking related pots/pans etc. the pool and lazy river were both quite nice. "

"Great staff, mobile ordering dinner from the restaurant was great after a long day at the airport. Shuttle service was a nice perk. Free breakfast was good but need to get there early for best selection. Bathroom could have been cleaned a little better in my opinion. All in all a very nice hotel, and will definitely stay there again."

"The staff and everything was great. The beds could be a bit more comfy, but thats just me, and hopefully after all the construction, the mustiness in the hallways will clear. Other than that, my kids had a very good time, look forward to visiting again. Only thing i had an issue with was having to sleep with a wrist band, and at check paying more than anticipated, although part could be my fault. I would have loved to have paid most of that when i booked rather than what I paid at property, the deposit plus parking, i paid hotel fee, deposit and parking all at property. Would have been better for me to pay hotel fee, and parking at booking. Overall though things were good. Plan on visiting again and hopefully be more prepared next time. Thank you"

"Excellent location for late night arrival into Orlando! Great room & comfy bed, nice & quiet! Casual dining was extremely enjoyable too! Great server who took her job to another level! The crayfish chowder is a winner for sure"

"well when i booked on expedia price was great but when i got to resort they charged triple in fees. Elevator for our floor was out and we were on 6th floor. we had to walk a long way to other buildings to get to 6th floor and walk back to our building. water park and pools were closed for no reason on first day when we asked staff they said sorry no life guards. the hotel is under construction so at 5am you heard there noise and equipment going so no relaxing. our emergency exit sign outside room was hanging down by wires. i booked 2 nights but only stayed one because a roach crawled across my arm in bed. bathtub had hair in it, food splattered in microwave and all around it. "
