"Do not stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, but they let me in anyway. The room they gave me had ants crawling all over the bed. They made a half-hearted attempt to spray the floor, but they ran out of bug spray. I told them I would make it work because it was almost midnight and I had just arrived from the US. "We had a very short but lovely stay. The room was really pretty and very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the whole place had a beautiful colonial vibe. Oscar was extremely kind and helpful, giving us all the information we needed about getting around, arranging a taxi to the city centre, and making sure we safely got to the airport with the same driver for our very early 5 a.m. flight. We truly appreciated the care and attention."
