"The hotel itself was very nice — clean, cozy, and comfortable. We really liked the space and overall atmosphere.
However, the service was disappointing and significantly affected our experience.
First, the website mentioned a hot tub, but it was not available due to maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. Breakfast was also advertised as included, but the dining area was closed, and the food was brought from elsewhere — this was quite unexpected.
When I asked the staff about these issues, they didn’t seem concerned or willing to explain.
We also requested to change our room (we accidentally booked one queen bed for three people), but the staff was not helpful and didn’t offer any solution.
Breakfast was another issue. We were told it could be delivered to our room at 7:00 AM, but it never arrived. At 7:15, I went downstairs and found it sitting in the lobby, already cold. There was no apology from the receptionist.
Additionally, the food was not what we ordered, and everything was cold.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but the lack of customer service and care from the staff made the experience disappointing."
